A $300 security deposit is due upon reservation.

 

The final charge will include Suffolk County Tax NYS Sales Tax of 8.625%

Policies:

A refundable $300 security deposit is required at the time of Airstream booking.  The entire $300 will be returned upon checkout, providing there is no damage to the unit (beyond what we consider wear and tear) and there is no need for excessive cleaning.  Deposit must be made via Venmo or PayPal.

The need for excessive cleaning/repair to the glamper will be deducted from the security deposit.

 

​Deposits will be returned after the glamper is cleaned and all equipment, etc are accounted for.

NO SMOKING/VAPING IN UNITS

NO PETS IN UNITS.

Hey, we love our dog too!  That's why we board him when we go camping.  We can recommend a fantastic kennel in Setauket.

In an effort to ensure a positive camping experience, please be sure to make your campground reservation BEFORE reserving your Airstream Unit.

All outer beach reservations are for 4 days minimum.

Delivery Charge

Please be sure to select the proper delivery charge option when you book your glamper.

**If your glamper requires extensive cleaning, an additional amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

Security deposits will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out.

 

IMPORTANT!

 

You are responsible for making your own campsite reservation with the campground.  Before reserving a glamper, be sure to lock in your campsite with the county/state/private campground.  Your glamper rental and campsite rental are two different things.

You will need a Green-Key to make a reservation with the county. A Green Key card identifies the holder as a Suffolk County resident and entitles one access to Suffolk County Parks and to reduced fees for park activities.

 

County reservations can only be made 180 days (or less) out from the check-in date desired.  So if you wanted to check in on July 1st, you couldn't make your county reservation until at least January 1st.

Many campers will reserve a glamper by making the $300 security deposit before making their county park reservation. They are gambling that they will get a spot when it opens up.  If you are feeling lucky, go for it! But beware, the $300 deposit is non-refundable if you can't get a camping spot.
